I admit to being careful when about to spend lots of my hard-earned dollars, so I contacted three companies to come up with a solution to my problem of air conditioning several rooms of my house.  One did not turn up, leaving Frozone and one other.  Both arranged to visit and provide a quotation.

Frozone asked all the right questions and proposed a superior solution.  Their quote was detailed and comprehensive and I particularly liked the included photos of how everything in the house would look.  I was impressed but decided to check Google for reviews.  Based on their many star-studded reviews, I decided on Frozone despite their somewhat higher price.  I’m glad now that I chose them.

I could not fault their work and I’m delighted with the result.  The Frozone team worked well together, solved some tricky technical and practical installation issues along the way, showed us how to use and maintain the system, and cleaned up beautifully.  They were friendly, professional and clearly knew their stuff.  Highly recommended!

We had a ducted air conditioning system installed yesterday.  From quoting through to completion all of the people we dealt with could't have been more professional and helpful. It was a tricky under floor job which was always going to be difficult to place the grills so they don't blow up into your face. They came up with an ingenious idea for them in the kitchen so you don't even notice them.  Over the moon with the outcome and as someone else has commented, not the cheapest but more than worth every penny for their attention to detail.
